Conversations With My Daughter #12

Yesterday, in the back garden, my daughter was highly amused by a bucket of water for over an hour. Then, without warning, she picked it up, and poured it all over her head. She looked down at her dripping self, deep in thought for about 10 seconds, and then muttered to herself: “You’re a strange girl, Alice”.

I’m afraid she’s learned that phrase from me.
